The main listing in the book is alphabetical by name and the information is indexed for ease of reference.

The book develops a select sample of 150 leading scholars and practitioners extracted from a sample of at least 1200 in the field.

The sample is drawn from the use of multiple selection criteria reflecting research productivity, citational analysis, executive officers and fellows of AIB, management of US-based CIBERS and peer-based nominations.
