Dutch Constitutional Law

This revised edition contains an updated description of the main lines of Dutch constitutional law.

It sketches, in broad contours, the present form of government in the Netherlands (in 2000), which has undergone some important changes over the last decades, especially as a result of the 1983 revision of the Constitution and the ever-increasing influence of international and supra-national law.

The different parts of the text have been written by the two authors in close collaboration.
