Izzy's walking Poppy's dog, Billy, by the river. It's horrible, all choked with rubbish. Izzy's imagining how lovely it could be when Billy suddenly jumps in the water and doesn't come up again.

Izzy knows she has to fix the river. Billy could have drowned trapped under that old bike.
