Cases and commentary on tort

This text provides a mainstream selection of cases on tort, together with statutes and commentary.

The main focus of the book is on the principles of tort and emphasis is also placed on the influence of EC legislation, for example: breach of statutory duty and product liability.

It is intended to be used in conjunction with a textbook on tort and is designed for use by undergraduate students of law, University of London (External) LLB students and CPE students.
