This text presents an introduction to the person-centred approach for the 21st century.

Giving a broad and unbiased account, the authors illustrate how the approach has developed since the death of Carl Rogers and explore how the person-centred philosophy can be an effective working model for both counselling and psychotherapy and for understanding, living and working in the complex contemporary world.
