This book is a record of eleven years of spontaneous street art activity carried out by James King, Eamonn O'Donnell and others around Derry City.

For several years James wrote up these experiences and circulated his 'bulletins' to friends, family and supporters; the best of these bulletins are collected here and include descriptions, evaluations, photographs, drawings and verse.

There are two main sections. The first section is The Early Years 1988-1992. The second section, Recent Times 2000-2007, includes the bulletins, poetry and illustrations.

This book showcases the work of James and his friends for their positive, creative and playful approach to street art.

It captures their exciting, fun and often hilarious adventures on the street.

If you are looking for ideas and inspiration for street entertainment or positive forms of protest; if you are a community activist; if you are a student of art and theatre, or have a flair for spontaneity or want to know about confidence enhancing creative experiences then this book is for you.

This book is unpretentious, accessible, refreshing and a great read all at once or to be dipped in and out of.
