Welcome to Party Games Wizard. We have put these games together so that you can enjoy the fun of the play and not worry about the planning. All the games (and we're sure that you'll spot some old favourites) have been tried and tested to make sure that they're fun and easy to manage and don't need big rooms to accommodate play.

You'll see on the summary sheet that most of what you need to play the games is included in the box. 1 Pass the Parcel Challenges: a long standing favourite with a twist. A choice of hilarious challenges between the layers of paper provides fun for young and old alike. 24 challenges included. 2 Musical Bump Challenges a chance to let off energy and show off fancy footwork. With 24 challenges thrown in for when the music stops makes this game a party staple. 3 Balloon Challenges a great game to keep the party spirit high. Sitting in a circle, when the music stops the balloon is popped to reveal a choice of challenges that are sure to keep the laughter going. 4 All Change National Rail Enquiries this isn't!Standing in a circle with one person blindfolded in the middle, players have to swop places when their station name is called - without being caught. To add to the excitement, the caller will call at random ALL CHANGE when everyone has to swop places. 5 Family Treasure Hunt All the hard work has been done for you: devising riddles for players to solve that provide them with an anagram of where the treasure is hidden, and some suggested rules for treasure hunters . All you need are 10 everyday objects (such as wooden spoon, sock, mirror) for a memorable game that we know that everyone will thoroughly enjoy. 6 Shorter Treasure Hunt This has been devised for younger players. The clues are a tad easier and there only 6 rather than 12 clues so that they will be hot on the trail of the treasure from beginning to end. 7 Hunt the Orb Based on the age-old game of hunt the thimble, using a paper ball (the Orb), we've provided 3 games for you to play. A great game for the end of a party: perfect for gently winding down. 8 Balloon Goal This is a great game to break the ice and fire up friendly team spirit and competition. The object is to bat a balloon over the opposing team's heads using feet, hands, legs, arms ...any part of the body while remaining sitting on the floor! 9 Ladders We've given you 3 games in one to enjoy. Teams sit opposite each other with shoes off and legs stretched out in front. Each pair of players is given a number and when it is called they have race carefully between legs and do a circuit to get back to their place. Play can be spiced up by shouting number clues (fingers on one hand, month of January, etc.) instead of numbers, or hiding the numbers in a short story. Both number clues and a short story are included. 10 Murder in the Dark with a Twist In our version of Murder in the Dark we've devised characters for the players to take on, led by Detective Ivor Hunch, they include Roger and his wife Immenslie Rich, Sid Seealot the window cleaner and 8 more. This provides hilarious fun as everyone gets into role and makes for a memorable game. 11 Family Charades An old favourite made contemporary by using popular children's stories, films and television programmes. A great introduction to the game for children, and bound to bring back memories for older players. 12 What Do I Do? Charades A simple version of charades for younger players to act out alone or in twos and threes. Guaranteed to create giggles and laughter, and designed to spark off players' own ideas to continue the game. 13 Ice Cream Relay Race Paper cones and balls are provided to make ice cream cones for a high octane relay race. Don't let your ice cream fall out your cone as you race the course and pass it onto the next player! 14 Balloon Straw Blowing Relay A steady blowing technique comes into its own as players race each other blowing their balloons up and down the course. This game inspires cheers of encouragement from the teams as they puff to win! A good game to play before tea. 15 Picture consequences A great game for all ages creating the strangest of creatures.

No artistic talent is needed, and instructions and play sheets are all included for you to create a keepsake gallery of very funny pictures. 16 Magic 5 Coin Trick We think that every party benefits from a little magic so we've included a very easy piece of trickery for you. No sleight of hand or other skills needed, and you'll have your guests wide eyed in wonderment! The only things you need to add are everyday items you are likely to have already: sticky tape, a source of music, newspaper, straws. No special purchases should be required. We've also given you an idea of the time you want to set aside to prepare a game (wrapping the pass the parcel and laying the treasure hunt trail will take the longest at 20 minutes each) and how long it takes to play each game with an average of around 10 players. As a rule of thumb: the smaller the number of players, the less time it takes.

There are more games included than a party needs! This is intentional so that you can pick and mix the games you feel will suit your party best.

We've also included different categories of games from the raucous to the quiet so that you can control the tempo and level of excitement at a party. There are examples of a couple of party game 'menus' There are also a couple of 'games menus' included just to give you an idea of how you might want to select games for a particular party you are going to hold.
