Crime and Security Bill

This Bill contains provisions on: police powers of stop and search; about the taking, retention, destruction and use of evidential material such as fingerprints and samples; for the protection of victims of domestic violence; injunctions in respect of gang-related violence; anti-social behavior orders; the private security industry; possession of mobile telephones in prison; and, failure to prevent people under 18 having access to air weapons.
