In July this year Sir Tom Stoppard celebrates his 75th birthday.

One of the world's most loved playwrights, Stoppard has also written for TV, radio and film, and is winner of one Academy Award and four Tony Awards.

To mark his birthday, the British Library is publishing the original BBC broadcasts of four of his most important radio plays as a 5CD audio set.

The plays, dating from 1967 to 1991, are: 'Albert's Bridge', 'Artist Descending a Staircase', 'The Dog It Was That Died' and 'In the Native State'.

Actors include Peggy Ashcroft, John Hurt, Penelope Keith and Felicity Kendal.
