Town Mac-Anu: Albireo is teleported back to his room in the Root Town called Mac-Anu.

At Lycoris' request, Albireo kills the "boss" monster and obtains another strange treasure with .cyl file extension.

Albireo ends up saving Hokuto, a newbie, from the monsters.

Although Albireo is a solo player (i.e. a loner type), Hokuto succeeds in roping him into becoming her friend and forming a "party" with him. Orca and Bulmung come by to ask Albireo to team up with them, because Albireo defeated the "boss," which is a great feat that can only be achieved by top 0.1 players.

Impressed, they want Albireo to help them challenge "The One Sin" event.

Albireo declines, eventhough he likes them. After Orca and Bulmung leave, hoping to get rid of Hokuto, Albireo tries to log off, but he finds himself unable to do so.

Real Cyberconnect, Japan Co., Ltd: this chapter is written with Watarai as the first person narrator.

Also, it turns out that he is the "Captain" and the narrator of the first chapter.

We learn about Tokuoka, who is Watarai's hero. Watarai explains that without Tokuoka's efforts, the Japanese version of the world would not have been what it is today - i.e., successful game.

W.B.Yates is mentioned along with the excerpts from the "Epitaph Of The Twilight".

We do not know the gender of W. B. Yates. Harald Hoerwick, a computer genius and the original programmer of the world, is mentioned too.

Apparently, Harald disappeared, leaving a blackbox inside the world.

Bad Angel: This chapter is written with Albireo as the first person narrator.

Albireo returns to play the world. He suggests going to an area where The One Sin event is going to take place.

Lycoris teleports Albireo using a spell that defies the rule of the world.

Albireo muses over Datenshi (the fallen angel), how "Epitaph Of The Twilight" relates to the world, and Lycoris.

Datenshi appears as part of an area name called "Sick Captive Datenshi." Before The One Sin event takes place, Albireo bumps into Hokuto, who had been waiting for Albireo to show up.

They end up joining forces, although Albireo would rather not.

Albireo and Hokuto watch Orca and Bulmung battle The One Sin, and the two powerful warriors succeed in defeating the boss and conquering the event.

Lycoris asks Albireo to get a feather from the Datenshi after the event has been cleared.

He ends up getting "eye.cyl" file for her, which alloThis is when (by reading it in backward) Albireo realizes that the ".cyl" extension means lyc a Lycoris.

The first.cyl file was called eciov.cyl a lyc.voice a Lycoris' voice.

The second one was her ear. Alchemy: After Albireo handed the hankaku-lettered item to Lycoris, they (including Hokuto) were teleported out to a grassy field.

More explanations about NPC as Albireo contemplates the Lycoris event and the online game.

Suddenly, Lycoris leads Albireo and Hokuto to a Phantom Spring, and throws herself into the spring.

After Albireo dealt with the Spring Demon, he obtains another hankaku-lettered item.

The item's name shocks him, but he does not reveal its name, yet.

Albireo tells Hokuto where the name "Albireo" comes from and about Kenji Miyazawa, a well-known Japanese novelist/poet (1896-1933).

Lycoris nags Albireo to give her the item. Without giving her the item, Albireo decides to go to an area that he believes can help resolve the Lycoris event.

Memory: Albireo arrives at the Hidden and Forbidden Sacred Zone.

He and Hokuto discuss author Emma Wielant ("Epitaph Of The Twilight", "Pluto Kiss").He also talks about Kenji Miyazawa's story "Night Of The Milky Way Train," which parallels "Epitaph Of The Twilight".

He also reveals what a fanatic/avid player of the world he is.

The name of the fourth item is finally revealed. It's "yromem.cyl" - Lycoris' memory. Albireo gives the item to Lycoris, and she remembers that Albireo was the Captain who had tried to delete her a few days earlier. And then Albireo/Watarai/Captain explains in detail how Albireo/Watarai/Captain relate to each other.

Basically, Albireo has been roleplaying a part as a regular player as if he had nothing to do with Cobalt Knight Brigade or system-side administration.

Determined to clear the Lycoris event, Albireo attacks Lycoris with his spear, and the world instantly turns white - wiping out the background images along with Hokuto.

Then Albireo is shown a movie that details an interaction between "Ghost of the Church" and Lycoris.

It had taken place before Albireo had even met Lycoris.

We hear about Aura too. As Albireo and Lycoris converse, it is revealed that the name of the "Ghost of the Church" is Harald Hoerwick, the genius who created the world.Lycoris goes on to tell Albireo that Morgana Mode Gone is the God who gave the special, powerful item to the system administrators.

It turns out that Lycoris wasn't trying to escape from system administrators, but rather from the God, the Morgana Mode Gone.

It was the God who had tried to delete Lycoris. It was the God who had reported the whereabouts of Vagrant AIs to the system administrators.

It also turns out that Lycoris has embedded a file called "setaf.cyl" in Albireo's spear, and she retrieves it in a dramatic way - deleting herself - and Lycoris' event is finally over.

The scene returns back to the real world, inside Watarai's office.

W. B. Yates' brand-new poem, which covers The One Sin event, is presented.

It is also implied, indirectly that Hokuto is the W.B.

Yates who has disguised himself/herself as the newbie character.

Watarai rambles on about the world, saying that the game system/program itself is actually the "God" of the world.

The story comes to an end as Watarai logs back on as Albireo, and reminisces about Orca, Bulmung, and Hokuto.

Also, it appears as if Lycoris has turned herself into a red flowerso that she can continue to exist inside the world.
