Contaminated Land

This book considers the problems of land contamination from the perspective of the non-specialist construction practitioner, and examines the valuation and technical aspects of remediating and redeveloping contaminated land.

It draws on a number of detailed case studies, and questionnaire and interview surveys, and provides a valuation model adopting a risk assessment approach.
