Beyond the Tinsel

Recall the experience of gathering in a festively decorated church sanctuary with a lighted candle in your hand, the sanctuary aglow in candlelight, singing the beloved Christmas hymn, ""Silent Night, Holy Night."" These short stories, originally presented by the author during church candlelight services, are intended to elicit the thoughts and emotions that are unique to Christmas Eve.

While the stories are the product of the author's imagination, the author strives to be faithful to the story of Jesus' birth and its meaning as found in Scripture.
