Computing, Business Applications and Legal Issues

This conference was a joint collaboration between IMT, Ghaziabad, and Winona State University (WSU), Minnesota, USA.

The Association of Scientists, Faculties and Developers (ASDF) was the technical co-sponsor of the Conference. This conference provided an opportunity to present the new research results, demonstration of new techniques in the fields of information systems, information technology, information management and legal issues in cyber laws, IT and IPRs in computer and business applications.

The conference brought together the developers, users, academicians and researchers from different fields such as information technology, business community and the legal fraternity for sharing and exploring new areas of research and development and to discuss emerging implementation issues of business application and legal issues in the knowledge economy. The conference attracted 134 research papers from India and abroad.

This book is a compilation of the 53 select papers that were presented at the conference.

These papers have been divided into four sections, i.e.

Computing, Business Application, Working Paper and Legal Issues. The topics of these papers vary from Cryptography, Steganography, International Trade Barriers, ERP Implementation, Cloud Computing to Cyber squatting and Cyber Laws.
