All eight episodes of the miniseries set in Berlin and based on the memoir by Christiane F.

When troubled teenager Christiane (Jana McKinnon) leaves home she befriends a group of fellow teenagers who frequent the SOUND nightclub.

However, beneath the surface of their hedonistic lifestyle lie personal traumas, and Christiane's reliance on drugs leads her down a dark path filled with tragedy.
