The Parkinsons: A Long Way to Nowhere

British documentary centred on punk band The Parkinsons, including exclusive interviews and highlights and footage from their musical career.

Formed in London, 2000 by singer Alfonso Pinto, guitarist Victor Torpedo and bass guitarist Pedro Chau, they left their home country of Portugal for the United States and during this time performed at Joey Ramone's birthday party.

Touring with the likes of The Fall, they became a source of controversy for their penchant for performing naked.

After moving on to London and acquiring drummer Chris Low, they went on to record their first album 'A Long Way to Nowhere' in 2002 and were revered by publications such as NME, Q and The Times.

What follows is a riotous career with pinnacle moments which saw them gaining public attention for a myriad of stunts.
