The Collini Case

German crime drama directed by Marco Kreuzpaintner based on the best-selling novel by Ferdinand von Schirach.

Newly qualified lawyer Caspar Leinen (Elyas M'Barek) is the defendant for the elderly Italian Fabrizio Collini (Franco Nero).

However, when Leinen discovers that Collini is accused of killing Hans Meyer (Manfred Zapatka), who was like a father to him, he has serious misgivings about his ability to perform his role.

Meanwhile, Leinen's legal opponent is his former professor, Dr. Mattinger (Heiner Lauterbach), raising the stakes even further for the young lawyer.
