Vin Diesel writes, directs, produces and stars in this film about the coming of age of a group of friends led by Rick (Diesel), a promiscuous drug dealer with a large chip on his shoulder.

Rick and his waster pals roam around town picking up women, treating them shabbily, and then dumping them.
