Vulnerable Youth : Perspectives on Vulnerability in Education, Employment and Leisure in Europe - International Expert Report

This report focuses on patterns of vulnerability among young people in the areas of education, the labour market and leisure.

It is argued that vulnerability is increasing and that while there are examples of good practices which help to reduce the vulnerability of certain groups, there is a lack of macro level policies at a European level aimed at reducing extreme vulnerability.

The report identifies major risk factors and obstacles to young people's safe passage into autonomous adulthood.
