Testmaker: Level C - Multi User Pack for Scotland

"Testmaker" is maths assessment software, which enables teachers to create tailor-made written and aural assessments.

It offers the choice of ready-made tests or the opportunity to compile and edit tests.

It is fully-referenced to the NNS objectives and to the primary maths programmes "New Heinemann Maths", "Abacus" and "Numeracy Focus".

This means teachers can use the software to compile tests relating to specific NNS objectives or to work covered in a maths programme. "Testmaker" offers: a comprehensive, yet flexible and user-friendly assessment strategy; an easy-to-understand method for monitoring children's understanding against targeted objectives; and flexibility and choice in the level of control teachers have when choosing and making tests.

The database of questions which can be used as end-of-unit, end-of-half-term or end-of-year assessment with choice of easy, medium and hard questions, so that tests are appropriate to pupils' abilities It should also prove of assistance with class management, as teachers are able to easily identify class and individual weaknesses and re-evaluate planning and teaching accordingly.
