The Horace Trail (students' ed)

This CD-ROM tells the story of the Roman poet, with details of his childhood in Apulia, his education in Rome and Athens, his service in the army of Brutus and his rise to fame under Augustus, the first emperor of Rome.

Compiled by respected classicist Julian Morgan as he travelled in Horace's footsteps, the narrative is illustrated with more than 400 images taken in modern day Italy, Greece and Turkey. These may be used in electronic projects; copyright restrictions apply.
