A users' manual helps professionals who work with young people or adults examine how unplanned pregnancy impacts on the lives of those involved, the options available when facing an unplanned pregnancy, and the factors that influence the decision making process.

This work is suitable for young people aged 14 and over.

It is intended for use by Education, social services and health professionals, and youth and community workers.

It meets the curriculum guidance for key stage three.
