Efpi - Expert for Process Identification

EFPI is an integrated PC-based software-hardware environment for the identification of signal and system models.

It may be used to identify time-domain or frequency-domain stochastic models using either user-supplied data or data generated by means of EFPI's simulation facilities.

These include a broad range of deterministic and stochastic time-series and input-output series.

Identification is done on the highest possible symbolic level.

The user deals only with time-series, model classes, types and structures, and is guided through signal and system-identification actions by proper sequencing of menus.

This book/disk package is intended for tutoring and classroom teaching of identification techniques.

It is user-friendly, freeing the user from doing any computer programming by providing full control of all services and functions through windows and pull down menus.
