Contract Law

"Contract law" is an innovative, web-based course for students on undergraduate courses in law or courses with a contract law element such as business studies.

With its well-designed interactive exercises, up to the minute coverage and emphasis on modern business practices, it will help students understand the subject better, remember more of the law and generally approach the subject with more enthusiasm.

What does the course consist of ? The course consists of 20 units, each covering a key topic such as offer and acceptance, consideration, exemption clauses or misrepresentation.

Each unit contains a series of interactive exercises allowing students to learn about the topic by solving problems rather than simply absorbing information.

These are followed by a series of graded questions to test the student's knowledge.
