Roger was in bed for several days severely depressed.

Marie entered his room one morning to find he had disappeared.

Unknown to her, he had gone to live on the trains traveling from station to station without any particular destination.

His journey of self-discovery was triggered when he hurled a briefcase full of fifty pound notes at the police and scaled the ticket barrier at London Victoria station.

From then on, his eventful journey was anything but far from his expectations.

He witnessed series of notorious and unlawful activities on the train and divulged information to an unimaginative detective inspector about to be dismissed from his job.

Consequently, the Inspector not only saved his career but also was propelled to the rank of Commissioner.

Soisin, a gipsy girl he met on the train introduced him to Buddhism and his life began to turn around rapidly changing his karma into mission.
