"Hershman & McFarlane Act Handbook 2005/06" provides a single volume source of key children proceedings legislation.

It contains consolidated, fully amended and annotated texts of the Children Act 1989 (including prospective amendments made by the Adoption and Children Act 2002 which are due to come with force in December 2005), relevant parts of the Family Proceedings Rules 1991 and other key legislation in one easily portable volume.
