Implementation of constitutional provisions regarding mass media in a pluralist democracy : proceedings of the UniDem Seminar organised in Nicosia on 16-18 December 1994 in co-operation with the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Cyprus and with the support of the European Commission

The European Commission for Democracy through law is an advisory body on constitutional law.

It launched the UniDem programme of seminars and conferences aimed at strengthening democratic awareness in future generations of lawyers and political scientists.

This seminar investigated the limits of freedom of expression and the mass media on the one hand, and the constitutional and legislative regulation of the media on the other.
