Radiology of the Pancreas

The diagnostic approach to the pancreas has been revolutionized by new cross-sectional radiological methods such as computed tomography and further progress in ultrasonography.

The potential and the limitations of these and other modalities for the diagnosis of pancreatic diseases are considered in this volume by a group of internationally recognized experts. Both common and rarer diseases are extensively illustrated.

The latest technical developments in imaging modalities such as color duplex Doppler, volume CT scanning and MRI are thoroughly discussed.
