Abby Helps Make it Happen

We meet Abby in a story that any child can read. This is the first of a series of children's picture books that can be simply a good read or if you so wish, there is an underlying message about how to focus, be caring, positive and kind.

A great message for all of us to learn. As a meditation facilitator to both adults and children the idea of this book was born knowing the power of focusing your mind to change behaviors and patterns we wish to change within.

We all know worry and stress can make you ill however we also now know that positive thinking and changing old ways can improve our mind and body health.
