In the first section of the book, which covers general topics, the contributors examine soft tissue injuries, compartment syndromes and crush injuries, soft tissue coverage and free tissue transfers, and sports-related injuries.

The second section, on site-specific injuries, provides coverage of the ankle, calcaneus, talus, navicular, cuboid and cuneiform, metatarsals and phalanges, and the tarsometatarsal joint.
