The book South-South Collaboration in Health Biotechnology analyses collaboration among developing countries.

It disseminates results from a large scale project on health biotechnology collaboration, involving six research groups based in Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, India and Zambia led by the University of Toronto, Canada.

It focuses both on health biotechnology collaboration in emerging economies such as China and India, and in lower income developing countries such as Bangladesh.

The book provides a detailed analysis of collaboration between public sector institutions and of partnerships between firms in developing countries.
