A Trainer's Guide to Workshops on Young People and Sexuality in the Context of AIDS/HIV

This guide is designed to support trainers in running a course of workshops for those working with young people on sexuality in the context of HIV/AIDS.

Using the workshop experience the authors aim to help workers feel more comfortable with themselves, so that they in turn will feel more secure in bringing up sexual issues with young people.

HIV/AIDS is set in the context of sexuality as a whole and not just seen as a feature of sexual behaviour.

Ultimately the objective is to help workers encourage young people to value themselves enough to make responsible choices about relationships and sexual behaviour.
