Physical fitness gender and sportspersons an explanatory study of self concept and adjustment

The title of my thesis is Quality of Life in Old Age : From Philosophical Perspective. The objective of this study is to understand the meaning of life in old age, to understand the transition phases of the quality of life of the older people from the Vanaprastha Ashram to the Old Age Home, to raise awareness on the factors affecting to the care of elderly adults, and to focus on how to grow old gracefully.
